P aligncenter MAMOU-Funeral Services for Amanda Lee Thibodeaux, 16, will be Celebrated Friday, June 6, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. at Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel in Mamou. Rite of Committal will follow in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery with Brother Brian Dore officiating.
Amanda, a resident of Mamou, passed away on Wednesday, June 4, 2008 at Savoy Medical Center. She was manager of the Flag Team at Mamou High and also played basketball and softball. The loves of her life were hunting, fishing, and also animals.

A loving daughter, granddaughter, godchild, and sister, Amanda is survived by her father, Shannon John Thibodeaux of Mamou; her mother, Roxanna B. Perry of Lecompte; grandparents, Marion and Ray Baltoff of Mamou, and Jane and Ferrall Bordelon of Ville Platte; godparents, Angie Sonnier of Ville Platte and Kris Ledoux of Point Blue; and two sisters, Kimberly Danielle Thibodeaux of Mamou and Victoria Lynn Perry of Lecompte.

She is preceded in death by a grandfather, Leroy J. Thibodeaux.

Family request that visiting hours be observed on Thursday, June 5, 2008 from 5:30 p.m. until services on Friday, May 6, 2008.
