Annabelle Heller

MAMOU – A memorial service will be held at a later date for Annabelle Theresa Heller, 93, who passed away on Friday, January 21, 2022, at Oaklane Wellness and Rehabilitation in Eunice.

Annabelle was born in Mamou, Louisiana on October 18, 1928, to Adraste and Samantha Landreneau.  Annabelle’s greatest joy was that of spending time with and taking care of her family.  She loved her family, including her dog, very much.  Annabelle will be greatly missed, and her memory will be cherished by many.

She is survived by her two sons, Patrick Neil Landreneau and wife, Kathrine of Mamou and Lionel Douglas Landreneau and wife, Brenda of Mamou; four grandchildren, Justin Landreneau and wife, BJ of Houston, Texas, Joni Landreneau and husband, Cecil of Mamou, Kevin Patrick Landreneau of Mamou and Julie Guillory and husband, Jeremy of Mamou; and six great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Adraste and Samantha Landreneau; husband, Eugene F. Heller; four brothers, Lee Burchman Landreneau, Calvin Landreneau, Gibbins Landreneau and Charles Landreneau.

The family would like to thank Oaklane Wellness Center and the staff at Hope Hospice for the excellent and compassionate care given to Annabelle during her final days.
