Mamou- Chapel Services will be held on Wednesday September 16, 2009 at 10:30 AM for Annie Y. Cruzr, 78, at The Ardoin Funeral Home Chapel in Mamou, La , with Brother Ervin Goodman officiating. Burial will follow in the First Baptist Bieber Cemetery.

Annie, a resident of New Orleans, died on Friday September 11, 2009 at 6:00 PM at the Slidell Memorial Hospital.

She leaves behind her husband, Steve Cruz, of New Orleans; seven daughters Judy Delcomyn of Fishville, Gloria Jarrell of Pineville, Connie Johnson of Sulphur, Cathy Morel of New Iberia, Barbara Thibodeaux of Eunice, Emma Jean Castillio of Bastrop, Tx. and Verna Mae Mayhugh of Balch Spring, Tx.; two sons, Gary Lynn Johnson of Abbeville and Enoza John Fruge of Peral River;

Annie was preceded in death by her parents Harvey and Stella Granger Young, and one son, Preston Ray Johnson.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 15, 2009 from 4PM until 9PM. The funeral home will reopen on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 8AM until time of services.
