Mamou- Funeral services were held for Billy Joe Lejeune, 49 at the Ardoin Funeral Home Chapel in Mamou on Monday, September, 10, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. Burial will follow in the First Baptist Cemetery in Mamou, La.

Mr. Lejeune, a resident of Mamou, died on Saturday, September 8, 2007 at his residence at 5:15 P.M.

He is survived by his wife, Rachel Lejeune of Mamou, La; a daughter, Amy Chaddrick and husband Colby Chaddrick of Turkey Creek; one step-daughter Monica Duplantis and husband, Christopher Duplantis of Delcambre; five grandchildren, Michael Joe Chaddrick, Hunter Chaddrick, Mason, Matthew, London Duplantis.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Zephrinie, and Ethel Lejeune.

Visitation was held on Sunday, September, 9, 2007 from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.

The Funeral Home reopened on Monday, September, 10, 2007 at 8:00 a.m. until time of services.

Ardoin Funeral Home of Mamou was in charge of arrangements.
