MAMOUIt is with heavy hearts that the family of Cassie B. Goudeau, 73, announces her passing on Tuesday, May 07, 2013 at Savoy Medical Center in Mamou. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Wednesday, May 08, 2013 at 10:00 am at St. Anns Catholic Church in Mamou with Father Mark Melancon Celebrant. Rite of Committal will follow in the Central Louisiana Veteran Cemetery in Leesville.

Cassie was a homemaker and devoted herself to the love and care of her family. She enjoyed joining her husband on his hunting and fishing trips and spending time with her family. A devoted wife, loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend, Cassie is survived by her husband of 55 years, James Floyd Goudeau of Mamou three daughters, Tina Wilkerson and husband, Paul G. of Springfield, VA, Patricia Stahl and husband, Jeff of Barrington, IL, and Renee Badali and husband, Paul of Nashville, TN sister, Floretta DesHotels of Mamou eight grandchildren, Melissa Modaressi, Paul Chene Wilkerson, James Stahl, Jessica Crosby, Mackenzie Stahl, Matthew Badali, Karlee Stahl, Blaine Stahl and 2 great grandchildren, Rory Modarressi and Zane Modaressi. She will be dearly missed by all.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward Dole and Virginia Fontenot Fuselier.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home of Mamou on Wednesday, May 08, 2013 from 7:00 am until time of services. A Rosary will be recited at 9:30 am Wednesday morning.
