Mamou- A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Wednes day, March 19, 2008 at 2:00 pm at St. Anns Catholic Church in Mamou for Catherine Sue Mayeux, 71, who passed away Monday evening March 17, 2008 at Ville Platte Medical Center. Rite of Committal will follow in the New St. Anns Cemetery with Father Bob Courville Celebrant.

Mrs. Mayeux, a resident of Reddell, La is survived by her husband, Joseph Stacy Mayeux, of Reddell, La; one son, David Dean Mayeux, of Corrigan, Texas; two daughters, Tammy J. Manuel of Ville Platte, La, Joan A. Mayeux, of St. Louis, Mo; six brothers, Pat Savoy of Church Point, La, Larry Savoy, of Gonzales, La, Johnny Savoy, Baton Rouge, La, Gerald Savoy, Denham Springs, George Rodney both of Opelousas, La; three sisters, Joyce O. Hardy, of Lake Charles, La, Melba Moncere, of New Roads, Gloria Soileau, of Opelousas, La;

She was preceded in death, bey her parents, Ella Theriot gervis Savoy; one son, Ricky Mayeux and two brothers, David Benny Savoy;

The Mayeux family would like to thank the wonderful help of the staff at the Ville Platte Medical Center for their Care, Concern Support;

The Family request that visitation be observed at Ardoin Funeral Home in Mamou on Tuesday, March 18, 2008 from 4:00 pm until tme of Services. A Rosary will be recited, at 7:00 pm on Tuesday , March 18 2008
