Christopher Shane Howard

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Christopher Shane Howard on November 14, 2023, at the age of 49. Born in Pineville, Louisiana, Christopher called Mamou his home.

Christopher had a love for the sport of boxing. In his younger years, he even pursued boxing as a personal endeavor, finding excitement in watching boxing matches and appreciating the skills and dedication of the athletes.

Although Christopher's life was not without its challenges, he found solace in his work as a roofer, using his skills to improve the homes of others. He was passionate about his craft, taking pride in every project he completed.

Christopher's memory will forever be cherished by his loved ones. He is survived by his beloved grandmother, Percy Howard, and his devoted father, Harvey Paul and stepfather, Anthony Webster. In addition, he leaves behind his sister, Angel Webster, along with numerous cousins and friends whose lives were touched by his kindness and genuine spirit. Christopher also found great joy and companionship in the presence of his loyal puppy, Little Bit.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Howard, his aunt Margaret and his uncle Kenney.

Christopher Shane Howard will be remembered as a compassionate and gentle soul. His presence will be greatly missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory lives on within our hearts, and the impact he made on our lives will forever be cherished.
