Connor Reed

MAMOU – Funeral services will be held at a 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Mamou on Saturday, August 22, 2020 for Connor Lane Reed, 20, who passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2020 in Elton.

Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery.

Father Billy Massie will be celebrant of the Mass and conduct funeral services.

Connor Lane Reed was born on January 19, 2000 to Paul Jacob Reed and Alida Christine LaFosse in Mamou.

He is survived by his father, Paul Reed of Mamou; second mom, Morgan Spears; one brother, Matthew Preston Reed;  fiancé, Maddie Cormier of Mamou; paternal grandparents, Kermit and Janet Lavergne of Mamou; maternal grandmother, Priscilla LaFosse of Elton; maternal grandfather, John LaFosse and wife, Debbie of Kinder; grandparents, Todd and Francine Spears of Reddell and Kenny and Gretchell Rogers of Ragley; great grandmother, Dolorous "Sis" Spears; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

He is preceded by his mother, Alida LaFosse and  paternal grandfather, Colin Paul Reed.

The family requests that visitation be observed at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Mamou on Friday, August 21, 2020 from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM and again on Saturday from 8:00 AM until time of service.  A rosary will be recited Friday at 4:00 PM.
