MAMOU - It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of, Geneva Lejeune, 76, announces her passing on Wednesday, November 25,2015 at 5:50 A.M. at the St. Landry Extended Care Hospital in Eunice. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Mamou. Rite of Committal will follow in the New St. Ann Cemetery with Fr.Thainese officiating.

She will be greatly missed by her husband of 52 years, Allen Roy Lejeune of Mamou; two sons, James Ray Lejeune and companion, Max Curry of Franklin, TN and Scott F. Lejeune and wife, Wendy of Effie, LA; two daughters, Cindy Ann Rider and husband, Joseph of Reddell and Melonie Fontenot of Mamou; four brothers, Clifford Roya and wife, Fran of Tewksbury, MA, Larry Roya and wife, Aurelia of Lake Charles, John Roya of Mamou, LA and Dean Roya and wife, Mary of Houston, TX; three sisters, jean Brewington mof Westlake, LA, Oliva McDaniel of Deridder, LA and Linda Martin of Lake Charles, LA; six grandchildren
Geneva will now reunite in Heaven with her parents, Felix and Amelian Hargrave Roya. They surely await her arrival with open arms.
At the request of the LeJeune family visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Mamou on Friday, November 27, 2015 from 12:00 noon until 10:00 P.M. A Rosary will be recited at 6:00 P.M. Friday evening. The funeral home will reopen on Saturday at 8:00 A.M. until time of services
