Mamou Funeral services for Gertie D. Vidrine, 100, will be held Saturday, March 22, 2008 at 11 a.m. in St. Anns Catholic Church. Burial will follow in New St. Anns Cemetery.

Mrs. Vidrine, a resident of Mamou, died Thursday, March 20, 2008 in Savoy Care Center in Mamou.

She is survived by her daughter, Bernella Patou V. Guillory of Mamou; four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and six great great grandchildren.

She is also preceded in death by her husband, Evab Bab Vidrine; a great granddaughter, Amy Cormier; and a great great grandson, Christopher McGee.

Visitation will be held Friday, March 21, 2008 from 9 a.m. until time of services on Saturday. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. on Friday.
