MAMOU - Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM at St. Ann's Catholic Church on Monday, February 18, 2019, for Jan Hollier Ardoin, 60, who passed away on Friday, February 15, 2019 in Opelousas.

Father Kevin Bordelon will conduct funeral services.

Burial will take place in the New St. Ann's Cemetery.

Jan Hollier Ardoin was born in Mamou on July 13, 1958 to Rinal Joseph and Leola Young Hollier. She later married her love, Calvin James Ardoin. They spent 39 years together as husband and wife and raised a beautiful family. Jan spent her 60 years on this Earth wholeheartedly caring for her loved ones. Above all, she was a devoted and beloved mother to her two daughters and "Mimi" to her grandchildren. All those who knew Jan will miss her dearly.

Jan is survived by her husband Calvin James Ardoin of Opelousas, mother Leola Hollier of Mamou, daughters Erin A. Patin and husband Kris of Prairieville and Emily Ardoin of Houston, Texas, her siblings Cathy Hoffpauir and husband Tim of Metairie, David Hollier of Carencro, Kim Hollier and wife Tina of Rayne, Carolyn Soileau and husband Hilton of Iowa, and Chris Duplechin and husband Robbie of Mamou, and two grandchildren, Luke and Linda Grace Patin.

She is preceded in death by her father, Rinal Hollier.

The family requests that visitation be observed at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Mamou on Monday, February 18, 2019 from 10:30 AM until time of service. A rosary will be recited Monday at 1:30 PM.
