MAMOU-A Memorial Service will be held at a 2:00 PM at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Mamou on Thursday, February 14, 2019, for Leah Jeanene Polaske, 49, who passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2019 in Mamou, LA.

Leah Jeanene Polaske was born in New Orleans, LA on July 31, 1969 to James Leblanc and Betty Leblanc. Leah was a loving wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, and sister.

She is survived by her loving husband, Jeffrey Polaske; sons, Travis Myers, Zachary Myers, and Jacob Polaske; daughter, Emily Landry and husband Seth; granddaughter, Brynleigh Landry; parents, Betty Leblanc and James Leblanc; and brother, Darren Rozas.
