Mabel Marie Rozas

MAMOU – Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Mamou for Mabel Marie Fuselier Rozas, age 100, who passed away Sunday, December 13, 2020 in Crowley, Louisiana.

Deacon Ben Soileau will conduct funeral services.

Burial will take place in the Mount Calvary Cemetery.

Mable Marie Fuselier Rozas was born in Evangeline Parish on May 1, 1920, to Fabius and Elina Rougeau Fuselier and was long time resident of Lanse’ Pauilles.

Mable is survived by her sons, Daniel LaFleur of Venice, Florida. and James Rodney Rozas and wife. Janet Smith Rozas of Youngsville; five grandchildren, Cynthia LaFleur, Keith Talbot, Mary Rozas Turner, Elizabeth Ann Rozas, and Charlotte Rozas Farrar; and five great grandchildren, Cory Gelzer, Thomas Gelzer, Cassidy Farrar, Sydney Farrar, and Owen Farrar.

Mable is preceded in death by her parents, Fabius and Elina Rougeau Fuselier; husband, Clement Rozas; daughter, Phyllis Rozas Talbot; and brothers Levy, Wallace, and Walter Fuselier.

The family request that visitation be held at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Mamou on  Wednesday, December 16 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm services.
