Margaret Ann Coker

MAMOU  -  It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Margaret Ann Coker announces her passing on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at the age of 65 at Prairie Manor Nursing Home in Pine Prairie.  Margaret was born on October 25, 1957 in Natchitoches, Louisiana and was a long time resident of Eunice.  She graduated with a degree in biology from LSUE.  Margaret was an avid reader and was a big Harry Potter fan.  She was also a big fan of the New Orleans Saints, but her greatest joy came from providing a loving home for and spending time with her family.  Margaret will be greatly missed by those that she held close to her heart.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Dustin Hollahan of Mamou; sister, Anita Coker of Mamou; brother, Russell Coker and wife, Sharon of Leesville; and nephews, Charles David Coker of Eunice and Robert Coker of Mamou.

Margaret now joins in Heaven her parents, Reece Coker and Louise Hillman Garrett.
