Mamou- A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Monday, December 1, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. for Marissa Claire LeBouef, 1 month, at St. Anns Catholic Church in Mamou with Father Sibley officiating. Burial will follow in the New St. Anns Cemetery.
Little Marissa, a resident of Duralde, died on Friday, November 28, 2008 at her residence.
Survivors include her parents, Daniel and Tosha LeBouef; two sisters, Ally and Madison LeBouef; two brothers, Scotty and Blake, all of Mamou; maternal grandparents, Darlene and Kevin Melancon of Mamou, and Kenneth and Lou Ann Miller of Spokan, Washington; paternal grandmother, Sharona LeBouef of Duralde; great grandparents, Pearl Vidrine of Mamou, Carol LeBouef of Eunice, James and Betty Miller of Morgan City, and Tressla Melancon of Eunice, ; one great great grandmother, Elta LeBouef of Eunice; aunts and uncles, Ashley and Christopher Guillory of Mamou, Ashley and Dustin LeBouef of Duralde, Brett Melancon of Mamou, and Dwayne LeBouef of Duralde.
She was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, Scotty LeBouef; one great grandmother, Wilma Dean Yound; and three great grandfathers, Iray McGee, James LeBouef and Daniel Melancon.
The family request that visiting hours be observed on Sunday, November 30, 2008 at Ardoins Funeral Home in Mamou from 10:00 am until Services on Monday. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm Sunday evening. Memorial Donations may be made to the family of Marissa LeBouef.
