MAMOU- It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Melisa Saucier, 51 announces her passing on Monday March 14, 2016 at 1:00 A.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Mamou. Rite of Committal will follow in the New St. Ann's Cemetery in Mamou with Father JnanAoli Celebrant.

A loving Fiancé, godchild, niece, sister, aunt and friend. Melisa will be greatly missed by her fiancé, Donald Gladfelter of Ville Platte, one brother, Randy Saucier and one sister, Belinda Saucier both of Mamou, her aunt and uncle (godfather), Robert & Germaine Reed of Ville Platte. She will also be greatly missed by a host of nieces and nephews.
She will now rest in Heaven with her parents Joseph (JL) Saucier and Helen Saucier. They await her arrival with open arms and loving hearts. Their reunion will surely be a joyous one.
At the request of the Saucier family, visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home on Monday, March 14, 2016 from 6:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M.
