MAMOU-It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Mesha Suire Romero,52 announces her passing on June 06, 2016 at 8:00 p.m at her residence in Mamou. Chapel services will be held on Sunday, June 12, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at Ardoin's Funeral Home Chapel in Mamou. Burial will follow in the Ardoin's Cemetery in Mamou with Deacon Robby Leger officiating.
A daughter, mother, sister, grandmother and friend Mesha will be greatly missed by her two daughters, Sierra Bourque and husband, Keith of Mamou and Haley Blevins and husband, Carl of Chataignier; one son, Tyler Romero of Mamou; her father, Charles Suire of Mamou; one brother, Charlie Suire and wife, Katie of Zackary; five grandchildren, Blakely and Demi Bourque, Ava, Teagan and Cora Blevins.
Mesha will now reunite in Heaven with her Mother, Ruby Fontenot, one sister, Paula Fontenot, paternal grandmother, Pearl Suire and maternal grandmother, Lela Fontenot and one grandson, Ryder Bourque. They surely await her arrival with open arms and joyous hearts.
At the request of the Romero family visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Mamou on Saturday, June 11, 2016 from 10:00 am until 7:30 pm. A Rosary will be recited on Saturday evening at 6:00 p.m. by Deacon Chuck Ortego. The funeral home will reopen on Sunday, June 12, 2016 from 9:00 am until time of Services.
