Mamou It is with great sadness that the family of Ola Chapman, 99 announces her passing on Wednesday, June 20, 2012. Chapel services will be held at Ardoin Funeral Chapel in Mamou on Friday, at 1:00 pm .Burial will follow in the Old St. Anns Cemetery with Deacon Chuck Ortego officiating..
A loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother. Ola will be lovingly remembered by her two sons, Terry Chapman of Sulphur and Michael Chop Chapman of Lake Charles. Three grandchildren, Michael Chapman, Rebecca Lovejoy, and Susan Nunez and six great grandchildren and two greatgreat grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Moise Chapman parents, Louis and Marise Aucoin.The family request that visiting hours be observed Thursday, June 21, 2012 from 4:00 pm 8:00 p.m The Funeral Home will reopen at 8:00 am on Friday until time of services. A rosary will be recited on Thursday evening at 6:00 pm.
