Mamou-Funeral services were held for Patricia D. Fontenot, 56, on Monday May 21, 2007 11:00 A.M. at St. Anns Catholic Church with Father Pius Vallooran, officiating. Burial followed in the New St. Anns Cemetery.

Ms. Fontenot, a resident of Mamou, died on Thursday, May 17, 2007 at her residence following a long Illness.

She is survived, by three sons, Benny Manuel and wife Kesha, Travis Manuel, and Trey Manuel all of Mamou; on daughter, Simone Campbell and husband, Badge of Turkey Creek, La; one sister, Barbara Bergeron; seven grandchildren.

Patricia, was preceded in death by her parents, Simon and Gladys Duplechin of Mamou, La and two sons, Shad Manuel, and Brice Manuel both of Mamou.

Visitation was on Saturday, May 19, 2007 from 3:00 P.M. until time of services, on Monday. A rosary was recited on Sunday, May 19, 2007 7:00 P.M.

Ardoins Funeral Home of Mamou was in charge of arrangements.
