MAMOUIt is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family announce the passing of their beloved, father ,brother, grandfather, and friend, Ray Guillory, on October 3, 2010 at The Jennings American LegionHospital in Jennings, at the age of 83. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 10:00 am on Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at St. Ann Catholic Church in Mamou. Burial will follow in the New St. Ann Cemetery with Msgr. Charles Dubois officiating.
He leaves behind a loving and grateful family including his two sons, Ronnie Guillory and wife Peggy of Moss Bluff and,Randy Guillory of Reddell one sister Anna Lee LeBleu of Pine Prairie ten grandchildren, Corey Guillory, Courtney Guillory, Chelsey Guillory, Chet Guillory, Wendy Bauer, Bonnie Kron, Ramsey Bazare, Annie Guillory, Joanie Gardner, and Jeanie Bellard fourteen greatgrandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Myrtha Fruge Guillory, and two sons, Albert Nasen and Lloyd AnthonyTony Guillory.
At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Mamou on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 from 11:00 am until 10:00pm. A Rosary will be recited at 6:30pm Tuesday Evening .
