MAMOUSpencer Brent Long, 63, a resident of Mamou, La. died after a long and brave battle with Cancer. He is survived by his wife Kaye Fuselier Long, two sisters, Mrs. Clayton Dianna McGee of Mamou,and Mrs. Duane Gretchen Lamke of Pine Prairie and their Children, Casey Kindle, Sarah Beth Lamke, Patricia McGee and her son, Christian He is also survived by his wifes Family Gary Maus and family of Baton Rouge and Monique Conway and her family of Prairieville and a host of friends and CoWorkers
Mr. Long was preceded in death by his father Kenneth A. Long of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania and his mother Elvie Guillory Long of Pine Prairie.
Services will be held at the St. Anns Catholic Church in Mamou, on Sunday October 30, 2011 at 2:00 pm Interment will follow in the Ardoin Cemetery in Easton with Father Mark Melancon Celebrant..
At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Mamou on Saturday, October 29, 2011 from 5:00 pm until 10:00 pm and again on Sunday, October 30, 2011 from 8:00 am until time of services..A Rosary will be recited at 6:00 pm on Saturday evening
