Mamou- Funeral services were held for Yvonne Rider Fontenot , 65, at Ardoin Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday April 24, 2007 at 11:00 a.m.. Pastor Terry Lafleur Rev.Noah Langley officiated for the servicees.

Mrs. Fontenot, resident of Mamou died on Sunday, April 22, 2007 at her resident, following a illness of six months.

Mrs. Yvonne R. Fontenot , is survived by her husband, Roderick Paul Fontenot, Sr. of Mamou La; two sons, Roderick Paul Fontenot, Jr. and wife, Debbie and Richard Ken Fontenot all of Mamou, La ; one daughter. Yvonne Marie Fontenot and husband Chris Kluge, of Mamou, La; one sister, Shirley Rider Hollander, of Dequincy, La. two grandchildren, Timothy Stelly, and wife, Bambi of Cutoff, La and Tiffany Vincent of Eunice, La.

Mrs. Fontenot was preceded in death by her parents, Morise Rider Enola Young Rider, and one great grandson, Dominick Stelly.

Visitation was on Monday, April 23, 2007 from 3:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. The Funeral Home reopened on Tuesday, April 24, 2007 at 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
